If you are accessing or using the EV Route Planner from any location outside India, you do so at your own risk and will be solely liable for compliance with local laws as may be applicable, provided that the processing of your personal data shall continue to be governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any user who is not competent to enter into a contract under the applicable laws or to any users suspended or removed from the system by EV Route Planner for any reason. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Service or the EV Route Planner.
Where a user is below 18 years of age, the Service shall not knowingly collect or process personal data, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You acknowledge that the personal data provided during account creation shall be processed only for lawful purposes, including providing access to and improving the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
User conduct

Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring their accounts to another party.
